Guitar has finish checking (see photos), scuffs, scratches, and marks, but overall looks pretty great. Once it was received, it was sent to our tech for repairs to get the guitar playing and sounding as it should.  The bridge has been freshly reset and a complete setup has been performed. It sounds incredible. It has some cosmetic wear and does not look like a new Martin, instead it bears the signature of a well-loved, vintage Martin and all the tone that comes with it.  A truly great sounding 12-string guitar.  We are happy to answer questions about this instrument.  It is freshly setup, bridge reset, and many minor issues addressed. The next owner may wish to take further care in restoring this guitar or may enjoy as it is.

Molded hard case is Martin & Co. brand. Some stickers on case. Case is fully in tact.
